Sol Bodyworks will do everything to ensure you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to offer you your remaining time however we retain the right to charge full treatment fee. We recommend you plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to relax before you get on the table and make the most of your massage.

Out of respect to clients on the wait list and to the therapist who does not earn income if not treating, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you provide less and are unable to fill appointment time, the policy is to apply a cancellation fee equivalent to your treatment cost.  This fee may be waived at the discretion of your therapist on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel at very short notice, there will be a $60 no show cost sent via email and paid before next visit.
